Q:Where are the studios located?
A: Our Studio is located at the address given to you when you do submission of gown rental.
For those who collecting in graduation venue :
Your university or college will set aside a special area. Details are usually outlined in the information given to you about ceremony arrangements.
Q:What time are the studios open?
A: Studio operation hours
Mon- Fri : 10am to 7pm
Saturday : 10am to 5pm
Sunday and Public holiday is closed
Q:Do I have to book a time?
A: You must book a photography day and time, If you do not have a photography booking, then please arrive early on the day, since you may be able to have your photos taken as soon as you collect your academic dress. It’s always worth speaking to our photography team to see if there are free sitting times available.
Please be reminded to arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to do registration and preparation for the photo session.
Q:A member of my family is disabled/cannot stand for long periods, can this be accommodated?
A: Our studio has lift level for the wheel chair to come up. On the day of your photo-taking/ceremony, speak to one of our staff who will be happy to assist and advise you.
What to wear for photo shoot session:
Full academic regalia for the photo session will be required.
Creative District will prepare for you the full set upon request.
Other universities gown for family can be used in studio upon request.

I am aware that photographs and videos will be taken throughout the event for news and various publicity purposes.
I hereby declare that above information are correct and do not differ in anyway from signees information on his/her identity card.
I, confirm that I have read on the following arrangements leading to university commencement/graduation/convocation Photography Session. I have also been advised to contact the relevant departments should I have any questions or concern on the following items.
Cancellation of order:
Strictly No cancellation is allowed once the goods/photo/academic dress/rental things is taken out of our Creative District premises.
Q:How long will my photographs take to arrive?
A: Depending on your purchases, for portrait shot you received six to eight weeks after your ceremony.
A: Stage photo
All stage photo can be collected Monday after 2pm if the ceremony falls n Saturday.
Q: If I need more photographs later on, can I still order them?
A:Yes you, however the promotion rate will revert back right after graduation day finished. It is recommended to purchase during the gown collection period for the promotional rate. After the gown collection date, the photo fees will be reverted to walk in rate.
Q: I have lost my receipt, what should I do?
A: All receipt is recommended for you to take a screen shot for save keeping.
Otherwise, Creative District staff will be able to assist you.
Q: How soon before my ceremony can I pre-order my photographs ?
A:Usually photographs can be pre-ordered during your submission to register the gown,before the ceremony, but pre-orders may close sooner. The ceremony will then be closed online but you can still order on the day subject to non- promotional price.
Q: What if I have not heard from you after I have placed my order?
A:You should have received a confirmation email which you will need to take to your ceremony. If you don’t receive this please contact us immediately at Whatsapp no: 8899 6187
Q:How do I cancel my order?
A: Subject to requirement, you can cancel or amend your order by accessing to your own account. No Refund. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Cancellation by Customer will not result in a refund of any fees paid on or prior to the date of Cancellation by Customer.
Rescheduling. In the event of Rescheduling, Photographer will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Customer’s change. If Photographer is not able to accommodate Customer’s change despite using commercially reasonable efforts, the parties agree that such Rescheduling will be deemed as Cancellation by Customer and that Photographer will be under no obligation to perform the Services other than on the original date of the Services.
No Refund. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Cancellation by Customer will not result in a refund of any fees paid on or prior to the date of Cancellation by Customer.
Ownership of Work. Photographer will own all right, title and interest in all Work Product. Customer (on behalf of itself and any attendees or participants at the photo shoot) hereby grants Photographer and any of its service providers an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable license to use any materials created by Customer or attendees, during the performance of the Services, that may be protected by copyright or any intellectual property rights (“Client Materials”) as part of any Work Product or in connection with the marketing, advertising or promotion of Photographer’s services, including in connection with Photographer’s studio, portfolio, website or social media, in any format or medium. Customer acknowledges and affirms that no other person or entity has any rights that may prevent or restrict Photographer from using Customer Materials as provided herein.
Q – I chose my timeslot, but I cannot make it on the day of shoot, can I rearrange for another day?
A – You are encouraged to book your session at least one week in advance to avoid disappointment. However, if you wish to reschedule, you may do so at least 3 days in advance. The timeslots are on first-come-first-served basis.
Q – I cannot make it on any of the days of the shoot, can I choose to take it in the studio instead?
A – You may choose to take the shoot in the studio but it is based on availability.
Q – How many family members or loved ones can I bring for the family shot?
A – As part of the Safe Management policy, the family shot is capped at 5 pax including yourself. This includes entering the premises where only 5 pax per graduate are allowed.
Q – How long does a photography session take?
A – As part of the Safe Management policy, each graduand is allocated a max. of 20-30 minutes for both individual and family shots.
Q – Is there a makeup artist provided for the photo shoot?
A – No, the Graduation Photography Package does not include a makeup artist. You may wish to put on your makeup before coming to the College. Or you can let us know to engage a makeup artist to come studio to help do the makeup, charges applicable.
Q – Will the gown be worn by multiple graduands?
A – No, there will not be any repeat wear of the gown. The gown will only be worn by you and sent to the drycleaners.
Q – Will there be Safe Management implemented throughout the photography shoot?
A – Yes, stringent safe distancing measures will be in place around the college, including Safe Entry and temperature taking. Please stay home if you or any of your family members have a fever.
Q – Can I bring my own camera?
A – We are sorry to inform you that the use of personal camera and photographic equipment is strictly prohibited.

Q4. When will I receive the soft copy ?
A4. The soft copy final images will be sent through email with once you collected the photos on the same day or 1-2 day times depending on the collection crowd.
Q5. When will I receive the hard copy?
A5. The hard copy print out images will be printed and ready for collection 7-14 days after your photo shoot session.
Q6. Will there be any photo delivery?
A6. No. Only self collection at Creative District Pte Ltd studio is allowed to ensure no undelivered photos.
Q7. Can I request other institution gown?
A7. Yes you can request for other family who is a graduate to wear the gown during photoshoot
Q8. Is there any tie provided for men?
A8. Yes. We will provide ties based on what is available.
Q9. Is there any jacket provided?
A9. Yes. We will provide jackets based on what is available. Please note that it may not be perfectly fit.
Q10. When can I choose the photo?
A10. You can choose the photo right after the photo shoot.
Q11. How long is the photo shoot session?
A11. It will take 30mins for the photoshoot. And photo selection will need another 15-30min. Please allow yourself and family to set min 1hr to 1.5hrs for this fun session.
Q12. How long is the waiting time for the photoshoot?
A12. Please do come on time or earlier 15 min to allow us to go through registration and can proceed for shoot on time. Do please be patience as this will be overwhelming signed up and we will try our best to accommodate on time.
Q13. Can I call in for registration?
A13. You must log in to Creative District online platform. We do not entertain call in registration as we need to make sure all information is correctly submitted. Registration after dateline or last minute registration will not be entertained.
Q14. APPOINTMENT POSTPHONE/DELAY/CANCEL/LATE COMERS:
A14. Change appointment, Late comers, we will need to reschedule accordingly as we have prior appointment schedule for other families.
Q15. WHEEL CHAIR/HANDICAP Accessibility?
A15. Location is accessible for wheel chair or handicap directly to the studio shoot. Graduand to inform Creative District if there is any need for assistance required.
Collection of Academic Dress
You may collect the Academic Dress by means of:
Self-Collection or Collection by Proxy

Delivery
You may also opt for the Academic Dress to be delivered. Please submit the Delivery Service Form to graduation@creativedistrict.com.sg (with the subject title: “Commencement 2023 – University name – Delivery Service”) by dd/mm/yy.
There will be an additional delivery charge of S$30 for this option, and delivery, within the main island of Singapore only, is from dd/mm/yy to dd/mm/yy

Return of Rented Academic Dress
You may return the rented Academic Dress directly or appoint a proxy to return on your behalf, at Creative District Pte Ltd Operation Hours: Mon – Fri (10am-7pm), Sat (10am-5pm) Closed on Sun & Public Holiday.
For return by proxy, please ensure your proxy presents the following:
The deposit will be refunded in cash upon return, and the Academic Dress must be returned in good condition. Please remember to bring the rental receipt, as well as your Student Card or NRIC/Passport for verification.
How do I measure my cap?
A: You should measure from the top of your head to the ground, either in metres and centimetres or feet and inches. When measuring your height, please do not wear any heeled footwear.
What does “full outfit” mean?
A: “Full outfit” means all the items required for the award you are receiving: this is usually a gown, hood and hat but it does depend on your institution. You will be advised of your ceremony dress code when come for collection.
Q: How will I know how to wear the outfit?
A: Our Creative District gowner will help robe you once you have collected your academic dress at the graduation venue and will ensure you look your best for the occasion.
Q: I have received my order and there is a damaged item?
A : All academic gowns are issued during gown collection and do fitting. If you see any damages, please feel free to change immediately.
A: Delivery case : if the gown, cap, sash is damaged when you received immediately contact us and show us the photo to verify. If the gown is found damage after 1 day, graduate will have to pay for the damages. Academic dress will be brought to the graduation venue for exchange and payment on spot.
Q: I have received my order and there is a missing item?
A: If you have received an order with a missing item please immediately contact us and verify within the same time and day. Creative District do not take responsible after 1hr upon receiving the academic dress.
Q: When will my purchased outfit arrive?
A:This will depend on what you have ordered. The dispatch time is displayed in your shopping bag and in Confirmation Email.
Q: Where do I collect my hire outfit?
A: Gown collection link will be send by your university and please do lock in and register. All information will be cater inside the link. Details are usually outlined in the information given to you about ceremony arrangements or can be confirmed with your registry.
Q:What should I wear under my robe for the graduation?
A: You may want to wear a jacket or long sleeves underneath your robe. Although most gowns and hoods now have ho/pin/velcro, it’s still a good idea to wear something with a buttoned front as it will help the hood neckband to sit better.
Q : What will my gown look like?
A: The style and colour of your academic dress will depend on your institution. The colour of your academic dress will be shown when you are placing your order.
Q: Will I be wearing a hat?
A: Depending on the level of study. If you are required to wear a hat as part of your academic dress you will be made aware of this as you place your order. Cap is not entitle to some university.
Q: What should I do if I have special dressing requests?
A: If you have special requests, such as army uniform, the malay hijab, support due to a disability, or a preference concerning the gender of the member of staff helping you with your robe, please let us know to assist you.
Q: When can I collect my hire outfit?
A: Details will be given to you by your university or college and follow the link to register. Creative District is the official vendor and you can contact 90902284 for assistance.
Q:What does “additional hire day” mean?
A: The hire fee is usually for the ceremony day or evening. This enables you to wear the outfit for your graduation ceremony and have private and official photos taken. If you opt for “additional hire day” the charges of S$50 to S$150 apply, and return on the stipulate date.
You are not allowed to take your outfit out of the Singapore.
Q: Can I return my outfit after the ceremony?
A: We only cater this service for overseas or international student with proof of air tickets to travel back. For those who reside in Singapore, all academic dress to be returned to Creative District office.
